KPIs are evaluated monthly by the Operations Management team, based on data provided by our digital electronic log system. This allows us to obtain precise timings for each task carried out by our field team.
Every three months, we issue a detailed KPI report to gather accurate information on elevator availability. This information helps us project both technical and commercial strategies. Data is collected through our electronic document management system and monitored by the entire administrative team, enabling us to provide proactive service and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in our technical management and assistance.
Phase 1: Assessment, recognition, status, safety, and critical conditions of elevators.
